Glossary

Definitions for all DCA PRO indicator modules, True Fib Analysis concepts, lunar timing methodology, and signal terminology.

True Fib Analysis (TFA)
An open research framework developed by DCA exploring the correlation between esoteric Fibonacci ratios, vibrational frequencies, and multi-dimensional market structure. TFA treats price as one dimension of a larger energetic field.
Void of Course (VOC)
A lunar timing window beginning when the Moon makes its final major aspect in a sign and ending when it enters the next sign. In DCA's True VOC methodology, this window is cross-referenced in tropical and sidereal systems and filtered against market session activity.
True Moon Analysis
The application of 8-phase lunar cycle timing to market structure. Each phase carries a characteristic emotional and momentum quality which DCA maps onto price behaviour.
chArtwork
DCA's term for charts that function simultaneously as technical analysis and artistic expression — maps of collective emotional energy encoded in price, not trading recommendations.
Gann BS Activator
A stepped trend line indicator derived from W.D. Gann's principles. Flips direction when price closes on the opposing side. DCA's implementation includes an ADX filter to suppress false flips in ranging markets.
TD Sequential
A time-based exhaustion methodology developed by Tom DeMark. Counts 9-bar setups and 13-bar countdowns. A "Perfect 9" (bar 8 and 9 printing extreme lows/highs) carries the highest reversal probability in DCA's signal tier system.
Supply & Demand Zones
Price areas where institutional orders were placed, identified through specific candle pattern formations: RBD (Rally→Base→Drop), DBR (Drop→Base→Rally), RBR (Rally→Base→Rally), and DBD (Drop→Base→Drop). Zone lifecycle tracks Fresh, Tested, and Broken states.
Volume Market Profile (VMP)
Horizontal volume distribution across price levels. Key levels: POC (Point of Control — highest volume), VAH/VAL (Value Area High/Low — boundaries of 70% of volume), LVN (Low Volume Node — thin areas price moves through quickly), HVN (High Volume Node — thick areas price consolidates in).
Order Flow Analytics (OFA)
Approximated institutional order flow signals using volume delta. Signal types: ABS (Absorption), DIV (Divergence), STACK (Imbalance), DEFENSE, and OFFENSE. Regimes classify the prevailing market character as Stack Buy, Stack Sell, ABS Cluster, or Balanced.
MACD Normalised
A MACD divided by ATR, placed on a ±2.0 unified scale alongside RSI. This normalisation makes the MACD comparable across instruments and timeframes. Bollinger Bands are applied to the MACD line; a breakout outside the bands signals strong directional momentum.
SMARSI
DCA's RSI implementation — a Fast RSI(14) paired with a Smoothed RSI(89 on HLC3), both normalised to a ±2.0 scale. The Smoothed RSI crossing zero (equivalent to RSI 50) signals a macro trend change.
Gann Fan
Nine angular lines radiating from a major pivot, representing geometric price/time relationships. The 1×1 (45°) is the master balance line — above = bullish, below = bearish. DCA's implementation tracks the "active bracket" (the two lines currently containing price).
Elliott Wave (D-Wave)
DCA's Elliott Wave implementation uses DeMark's D-Wave rules with Fibonacci bar count filters (8/13/21 bars). Wave 3 is considered the highest conviction signal. Fibonacci retracement and extension levels are drawn automatically.
CVC (Candlestick Volume Confirmation)
Classical candlestick patterns that only trigger when volume exceeds its average AND the pattern appears in a contextually appropriate location (bullish patterns in downtrends, bearish in uptrends). 20 patterns are recognised, divided into High Conviction and Low Conviction categories.
Fibonacci Time Alignment
A True VOC methodology filter. When a VOC window begins or ends at a Fibonacci time interval from a major recent market pivot, the window is flagged as high-significance.
Vibrational Window
DCA's term for a period of heightened energetic sensitivity — identified through the convergence of lunar timing, Fibonacci time alignments, and market structure. Not a trade signal; a context marker.
PEMF (Purpose-Emotion Market Framework)
DCA's macro research framework classifying institutions across 6 purpose orientations (Survival→Transcendence) and mapping market emotional regimes (Panic→Euphoria). Capital flow reveals collective psychological state.
Lunar Ingress
The moment the Moon moves from one zodiac sign to the next. In DCA's framework, ingress often triggers a sharp directional move in markets, particularly when aligned with key technical levels.
Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 Signals
DCA's signal conviction classification. Tier 1 (highest): Perfect TD 9, CD-13, OFA Absorption, W3 Elliott Entry, Fresh Zone + Offense. Tier 2 (medium): Gann BS Flip, MACD BB Breakout, Squeeze Release, RSI cross 50. Tier 3 (informational): Sequential counts 1-8, delta divergence, low-conviction candlestick patterns.
